1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how RiseFlake, operated by Bold India Platforms Private Limited, uses cookies and similar technologies on riseflake.com, app.riseflake.com and our mobile apps, and how you can control them. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

Essential cookies are always on because the Platform cannot work or stay secure without them. Analytics and advertising technologies are optional and are loaded only after you accept them. Simply continuing to browse is not consent to optional cookies.

2. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include browser local storage and session storage, tags/pixels, and software development kits (SDKs) in mobile apps. They can be “session” (deleted when you close the browser) or “persistent” (kept until they expire or you delete them).

We do not use your profile data to target advertising.

4. Your Choices

On your first visit you can Accept, Reject or Manage optional cookies. Analytics and advertising tags do not load until you accept.
Change your mind any time using Cookie settings in the site footer; withdrawing is as easy as accepting. We record your choice and the policy version.
Browser and device controls: block or delete cookies in your browser; use private browsing; turn off the advertising ID on your phone; opt out of Google personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com.
Consequence: blocking essential cookies will stop sign-in and some features from working. Rejecting optional cookies does not limit any feature.

5. Children

RiseFlake is for people aged 18 and over; we do not knowingly set advertising or tracking cookies for children.

6. Third Parties

Cookies set by third parties are governed by their own policies. Where they receive personal data on our behalf they are listed as service providers in Section 8 of the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

We will update this Policy when the technologies we use or the law change and will show the new date. If we add a new category of optional cookie we will ask for your consent again.
