RiseFlake is a brand owned and operated by Bold India Platforms Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India.
In accordance with the IT Act, 2000, the Intermediary Rules, 2021 and the DPDP Act, 2023, we have appointed a Grievance Officer.
What you can complain about: content on the Platform, misuse of your data, an account or privacy request that was not honoured, fake or fraudulent job postings, or any other issue with the Platform.
Timelines: we acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days of receipt. Requests to access, correct or erase personal data are answered within 30 days. Complaints about intimate images or impersonation are handled within the shorter period the Intermediary Rules require.
Escalation: if you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India after using this process.

You can access, correct, erase, withdraw consent, nominate another person to act for you, and complain. Use Settings in your account, the delete-account request form, or email privacy@riseflake.com. Full details, retention periods and the list of service providers are in the Privacy Policy (Sections 8, 10 and 14). We provide notices in Hindi or another Eighth-Schedule language on request. Our application servers, databases and backups are hosted on Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, India (see Section 9 of the Privacy Policy).
If you believe your data or account has been compromised, email support@riseflake.com or privacy@riseflake.com. If a breach occurs on our side we will notify the Data Protection Board of India, CERT-In and affected users as described in Section 12 of the Privacy Policy.
RiseFlake is intended for people who are 18 or older.
All content, trademarks, logos and intellectual property of the RiseFlake platform are owned by Bold India Platforms Private Limited or its licensors. Unauthorised use, reproduction, scraping or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
RiseFlake is an intermediary platform connecting job seekers, recruiters, companies and colleges. Users are responsible for verifying the authenticity of job postings and employers. We are not liable for disputes, losses or damages arising from interactions between users and third parties, except as required by law. See the Disclaimer & Disclosure.
This Platform and its services are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India, without affecting any right you have to approach the Data Protection Board or a consumer forum.
